There seems to be a problem registering your account, if you are experiencing any of these errors when logging in on your Android device, please follow these steps to try to fix it:
- Make sure you are using the email address you registered when creating your ViX account (this may be different than the one registered in your app store) and that you are using the same device where you registered.
- Close ViX completely and uninstall the app
- Please reinstall ViX. Do not log in or open the application at this time
- Open your Play Store and at the top right, click on your profile icon and then click on "Payments", then on "Subscriptions."
- Find and click ViX Premium in your subscription list and confirm your subscription
- The ViX app will open again, log in with your email and password used to register your last subscription and try playing any Premium content again.
