If you see error 403 when trying to link your ViX account through a provider, here are some steps you can take to try and fix it:
- Click the retry button on that error screen at least twice.

If the issue persists:
- Completely close ViX.
- Restart your device (press and hold the power button until you see the Restart option. Click Restart)
- Try linking your account again.
