If you see the 403 error try the steps here:
- Click the retry button on that error screen at least twice.

If the problem continues
- Close the app completely (ViX is not in the list of open applications)
- Try to open it again
If the problem continues
- Uninstall ViX from your device

Install ViX again
- Note: When uninstalling ViX, you may lose ViX specific information that was already stored, for example, if you are already logged in.
- Use this as a last resort only if the failure continues.
