Error SP002-05 on iOS devices

If you encounter the error SP002-05 or endings 03, 04, 06, you can follow these steps to resolve it:

1. First, uninstall the ViX app.
2. Make sure your device has at least iOS version 14.0.
3. Then, reinstall and open ViX.
4. Select the "Prueba Premium" option.
5. Click on "Empieza ya" and choose the plan you selected at the time of purchase.
6. The system will let you know that you are already subscribed.
7. Click accept to continue with the process*.

*Don't worry, you won't be charged again.
