If you see error SP001, SP002 or SP003, try the following steps to clear it:
- Close the application completely.
- Check the app version.
- Check the version of your device, you must have iOS 14.0 version at least.
- Delete the App
- Reinstall it, verify you have the latest version.
- Go to the ViX tab (https://vix.com/es-es/vixplus)
- Click on "Subscribe Now".
- The system will say you are already subscribed
- Click accept, this will continue the process*.
*Don't worry, you will not be charged again.
