If you encounter the error SP002-05 or endings 04, 06, you can follow these steps to resolve it:
- First, uninstall the ViX app.
- Make sure your device has at least iOS version 14.0.
- Then, reinstall and open ViX.
- Select the "Prueba Premium" option.
- Click on "Empieza ya" and choose the plan you selected at the time of purchase.
- The system will let you know that you are already subscribed.
- Click accept to continue with the process*.
*Don't worry, you won't be charged again.
