403 error messages on Android devices

We are aware of the situation with error code 403. We recommend that you uninstall and reinstall the application.

How to uninstall ViX on Android

  1. Open the Google Play Store app.
  2. In the upper right corner, tap the Profile icon.
  3. Press Manage apps and devices Manage.
  4. Click ViX.
  5. Press Uninstall.

How to install ViX on Android

Enter the Google Play store search for "ViX", select the ViX icon and click Install or go here.
