If you are located in the United States or Mexico, and you signed up for ViX Premium with a credit or debit card, you should
- Go to the "My Account" option
- Click on "Manage my subscription".
- Click on the "Cancel my subscription" option.
- Confirm your account information, enter your ViX account email and password, click continue.
- You will return to the account management menu, where you will see the "Reactivate my subscription" button. This allows you to reactivate your ViX Premium subscription at the time of your choice.
- Verify that you have received an email confirmation of the cancellation of your subscription.
In most cases ViX has no refunds or money back. You will be returned to a free plan and will be able to enjoy all the content ViX has for you with some advertising.
