Consumer Rights in Mexico
We currently only offer refunds in Mexico under certain circumstances.
Refunds only apply to new subscribers who cancel their subscription within the first 5 business days of subscribing.
Contact us via chat (found at the bottom of the page) or email to cancel* and receive a full refund for the first month. The process may take up to 7 business days.
*This only applies to subscribers billed directly by ViX. For subscribers billed by a third party, please contact them to receive a refund.
