When I try to pay, my credit or debit card is rejected, what is the reason?

The reasons why a card is not accepted may include

  • You do not have the option to make online purchases active. Your bank can help you with this.
  • Your card does not have the option to make recurring payments online. Your bank can give you more information and fix this.
  • Your credit card is not valid, remember that we only accept: MasterCard, Visa, AmericanExpress in all countries and Discover in the United States.
  • You are trying to use a card issued in a different country than the country where you are making your purchase, for example: in the United States we only accept cards issued within the country.
