I went to OXXO and I can't pay

OXXO Pay code payments must be made before the expiration date of each code, check that the code you are trying to pay is still within the allowed dates. If it has expired, you can generate a new one in the "My Account" section in ViX, look for a button that says "Generate" or "View OXXO Pay code".
