If you are seeing any of these errors:
400, 404, 408, it is because we are presenting some problem in our servers or we have some intermittency in the App. We suggest the following:
- Check the address you are trying to access.
- Click the "back" button on your browser or device.
- Refresh the page to allow the content to reload.
You should be able to view the content. If the problem persists, please do the following:
- Uninstall the App
- Restart your device
- Reinstall the App again
- Remember to check that you always have the most updated version of ViX.
