If you're seeing a message that says "Sorry, we couldn't connect to ViX" it's very likely that your internet connection is unstable or you don't have the latest version of ViX.
In order to correct the error, make sure that the iOS version of your device is higher than 14.0, and in case it is not, we recommend updating it.
If after performing the above steps you still get this error.
