If you already have a ViX account, here are the steps to get started:
Click on this link: Activate subscription with Mediacom
Select "Choose a provider"
Pick Mediacom as your provider
Sign in using your Mediacom credentials
You'll then be directed to ViX. You can either download the app or continue on the website to start enjoying ViX!
Note: Currently, only Mediacom customers in the U.S. except Puerto Rico, can access our ViX Premium content via outbound authentication. We will update this article with additional providers and regions as they become available.
