If your subscription price increases, we will notify you in advance before the new price takes effect.
For customers in New York: If you are charged a higher price, you are entitled to request a refund of the first charge at the increased price within 14 days of that charge.
To request a refund, please contact our customer care team and mention the recent price change. Eligibility is subject to review.
If you don’t wish to continue at the new price, you can cancel your subscription at any time before your next billing date.
