If you try to watch ViX Premium content on your Samsung TV but don’t have an active subscription, you’ll see a screen with two ways to subscribe.
This feature is available in the U.S., Mexico, Colombia, and Peru.
The screen is split in two:
Left side: Subscribe using your mobile device (Direct Billing)
Right side: Subscribe using your Samsung TV (Samsung In-App Purchase)
You can choose whichever option works best for you.
Option 1: Subscribe Using Your Mobile Device

Scan the QR code with your smartphone or tablet.
This will take you to ViX.com/crear cuenta, where you can create a ViX account and pick a Premium plan.
You can also type the URL directly into your mobile or desktop browser.
Complete your subscription on your mobile device.
Go back to your TV and select the button “Log in on my TV”.
Sign in using your ViX account details (username/password or authentication code).
Once signed in, your Premium subscription will be active on your Samsung TV.
Option 2: Subscribe Using Your Samsung TV
Right side of the screen
On your TV, select “Get Started”.
You’ll see the Samsung logo to confirm this option uses Samsung’s billing system.
Choose your Premium plan.
Log in or create a ViX account if prompted.
Confirm your payment using Samsung’s in-app purchase system.
Your subscription will start immediately on your TV.
Keep in mind: Subscriptions purchased through Samsung devices may include offers or promotions exclusive to a subscription method and may not be available through other subscription methods (e.g., Samsung checkout offers, direct-billing promotions on ViX, etc.)
