How to activate ViX Premium with Movistar?

Go to https://sdigital.movistar.com.mx/vix or from the Movistar MX App in the Purchase – Services section.

Select the ViX Premium option with your Movistar number

Enter your Movistar number and click Confirm.

You will receive an SMS with your security code, enter it and click confirm.

You will see a Request in Process message

To complete your registration, click Go to ViX Premium

Register a new email and password.

What type of Plan will I have in ViX through Movistar?
ViX Premium.
What do I do if I don't receive my code via SMS?
If you do not receive your code via SMS, please click "Resend" and wait a few moments for you to receive the token via SMS. If the problem persists, please contact the Movistar customer service team.
Why can't I complete my registration with Movistar?
There are various reasons. It may be that you do not have a compatible plan, that you are not a Movistar customer, perhaps you do not have a paid balance available and/or you have a pending balance to pay. We suggest you contact Movistar through its Customer Service Center https://www.movistar.com.mx/atencion-al-cliente.
What if I already have a ViX Premium account? Can I use it with Movistar?
When activating ViX Premium with Movistar you must create a new account using an email address never before registered with ViX. Remember that you must cancel the direct subscription with ViX, so that you can activate directly with Movistar. The Movistar code cannot be combined with other promotions.
If I already have a free ViX account, can I change it to Movistar?
Yes, you can use it, just make sure you are logged in properly to activate your coupon.
What is the means of canceling ViX Premium if I subscribed through Movistar?
On the same device where you logged in to create your subscription:
- Go to https://sdigital.movistar.com.mx/vix or from the Movistar MX App in the Purchase – Services section.
- Select the ViX Premium option with your Movistar number
- Enter your Movistar number and click Confirm.
- You will see a message indicating that you already have an active account.
- Click on "If you wish to unsubscribe, enter here"
- Register your Movistar number and click Confirm
- You will receive an SMS with your security code, enter it and click confirm.
- A message showing that your Cancellation was confirmed should appear.

It is important to remember that there is currently no compatibility with Xiaomi Mi Box, nor video game consoles.

How many devices can I watch ViX on at the same time?
You can have ViX Premium on up to 10 devices and you have the ability to stream ViX on up to 3 devices simultaneously.
I get a message "Your email or password is incorrect"
Make sure you are using the email and password you used during your subscription. If you don't remember it, you can use the"Forgot your password" option and follow the instructions to reset your access.
How can I change my password?
Resetting your password is quite easy. Here we explain how to do it in a simple and quick way. We suggest you to use your web browser at your smartphone or PC to make the process successful:
- Enter our website from your favorite browser click on the following link ¿Olvidaste tu contraseña?
- Type your email and click on the “Enviar” button.
- Check your inbox to find our email.
- Follow the instructions to create your new password, log in again, then you're ready to enjoy!
