If you are experiencing playback issues or an error message, we suggest force quitting ViX by following these steps. This can help you access your favorite content again. Select the type of device you need help with:
Phone or tablet (Android)
- Access the general menu of your device.
- Locate the "Settings" option⚙️.
- Select the "Apps" or "Applications" option.
- Identify ViX in your application list and select it.
- Locate and select the "Force stop" option🚫️.
- Open ViX again and try to play your favorite content.
iPhone or iPad
- First, wipe up from the bottom (or home bar) of your device screen.
- Keep your finger on the screen as it approaches the center of the screen 👆️.
- You'll see a preview of the ViX app in card size then lift your finger.
- You can now scroll horizontally in this interface. (on iPad you will see a grid of all previously opened applications).
- Find the ViX app and swipe up in the preview to close it, then open ViX again and try to play your favorite content.
Smart TV
- Please exit the ViX application.
- Next, look for the “Settings” option ⚙️.
- Then, locate and select the "Apps" or "Applications" option.
- Find ViX in your applications list and open the options menu for ViX.
- Finally, find and select the "Force stop" option 🚫️.
- Enter ViX again and try to play the content.
