I see error 401 on my Roku device

If you see error 401 on your Roku device, here are some steps you can try:

  • First, click the "Reintentar" button. It might help to try this a few times on your TV.
  • Next, sign out of your ViX account and uninstall the app.
  • After that, give your device a restart! Just head to "Settings," select "System," then "Power," and choose "System Reset" to restart.
  • Once your device is back up, download and install ViX again.
  • Sign in and try to play your favorite content!
