If you see error 401 on your Roku device, here are some steps you can try:
First, click the "Reintentar" button. It might help to try this a few times on your TV.
Next, sign out of your ViX account and uninstall the app.
After that, give your device a restart. Just head to "Settings," select "System," then "Power," and choose "System Reset" to restart.
Once your device is back up, download and install ViX again.
