This code is related to a problem on the payment platform you are using, in this case Roku. Please contact the Roku support team or click here, in order to solve any billing issue you may have. Once solved please try the following steps:
- Sign out
- Close ViX completely (Press the back button to get back to main menu or press the Home button 🏠️)
- Open your App Store and update ViX (if applicable)
- Restart your device (Go to your device Settings, Identify the Restart option and select it)
- Once your device has restarted, open ViX, sign in with your credentials and try to play again.
