Can gift cards be redeemed for promotional offers?
ViX Gratis users who convert to premium users with a gift card are not eligible for promotional offers.
ViX Premium users who paid for their subscription through direct billing will be able to pay all or part of the remaining balance on their annual or monthly plan (even under a promotional offer).
Note: ViX Gift Cards are only available for customers residing in Mexico and in Colombia.
