Where can I see my remaining balance and the end date of my subscription?
Free users who have used a card to become premium users can see the date until which they will have access to the content in three places:
- At the moment of redeeming the card, on the summary/confirmation page, they will be informed of the service period.
- By email, where they will receive correspondence with this information.
- In the "My Account" section (web only), where they will find this information.
Current premium subscribers who redeem a gift card will be taken to "My Account" at the time of redemption. Once there, they will see the total balance of the gift card.
Note: ViX Gift Cards are only available for customers residing in Mexico.
