Enhance the experience for children on ViX with Kids Profiles! Whether you're a ViX Gratis registered user or a ViX Premium subscriber, this guide will assist you with the Kids Profile functions.
Creating a New Kids Profile
- Visit 'Home' and click on the profile icon.
- Select the '+' button in the menu to add a new kids profile.
- Toggle the "activate kids Profile" button.
- Choose the rating based on your child's provisional needs.
To perform these steps, visit 'Inicio'.
Keep in mind
- You must register for an account before creating a profile.
- You can create up to 4 Kids profiles.
- The main profile cannot be a Kids profile.
- The following are the suggested content ratings associated with Kids Profiles: (1) Little Kids (G, TV Y): programming designed for children of all ages; (2) Big Kids (PG, TV Y7, TV Y7-FV, TV G): programming designed for older children; and (3) Pre-Teens (PG-13, TV PG, TV-14): parental guidance and/or monitoring suggested as programming may contain material unsuitable for Little Kids or Big Kids. - Selecting the Big Kids or Pre-teens ratings will grant the profile access to all the previous ratings.
Editing a Kids Profile
- Once registered, click on "Edit Profiles" in the menu.
- Edit the color, rating or name (max. 13 characters).
- Save your changes or cancel.
Keep in mind
- Special characters are permitted, but the first character must be a letter.
Changing Profiles
- Adult profiles cannot be changed to kids profiles, and kids profiles cannot be changed to adult profiles.
- You can only change the rating.
Deleting a Kids Profile
- To delete a profile, click "Delete profile." You'll need to confirm by clicking once more.
- You can delete any profile except the main one.
Current Limitations

There is no "continue watching" option or recommendations for kids' content.

To access content intended for a general adult audience, you must exit the kids profile and select a profile designated to an adult viewer.
