Enjoy ViX like never before! With Profiles, you will enhance your family's experience on ViX with content suggestions based on each profile's viewing history. Whether you're a ViX Gratis user or ViX Premium subscriber, this guide will assist you with profile functions.

Creating a New Profile
- Visit 'Inicio' and click on the profile icon.
- Select the '+' button in the menu to add a new profile.
To perform these steps, visit 'Inicio'.
- Keep in mind: You can create up to 5 profiles, so go ahead and make them unique!
Customizing Your Profile
- Ready to customize your experience? Click "Editar Perfiles" in the menu.
- Save your changes or cancel (max. 13 characters).
- Keep in mind: Special characters are permitted, but the first character must be a letter.
Changing Profiles
- Ready to explore different profiles? Simply choose one from the menu.
- The name and color of your selected profile will appear on the 'Home' page.
Deleting a Profile
- If you want to delete a profile, don't worry! Just click "Eliminar perfil" You'll need to confirm by clicking once more, so be sure of your decision.
- Changed your mind? It happens to the best of us. Click "Cancelar" to keep your profile intact. But remember, you can delete any profile except the main one.
Keep in mind: When deleting a profile, you will lose access to that profile's watch history and personalized features that rely on watch history such as Continue Watching and content recommendations. Profile data is retained in accordance with our Privacy Notice.
Don't forget: Each account enjoys a default profile called "Mi Perfil" to make your experience even more exciting. Get ready to unlock the full potential of ViX!
