If you are unable to log in to your ViX account, read on for tips on how to regain access to your account.
Tip 1: Check that your login credentials are correct.
When a ViX login error occurs, you will receive the following error message:
"The information you provided is incorrect. Please review it and try again."
If this happens, you should first check to see if you entered an incorrect email address. For example, you enter firstname.lastname@example.org instead of email@example.com when you start a new session.
Note that you may have subscribed to ViX with an email address not associated with your Apple TV or Google Store account.
If your email looks correct, the next step is to verify your password.
Tip 2: Reset your ViX password.
After several attempts to use the incorrect credential, the message will change to "Having trouble logging in? Use the Forgot my password link to reset your password."
After submitting your email through the password reset form, check your inbox and look for the password reset email. Open the email and click on the link to reset your account password.
If you do not receive the email within 15 minutes, check to see if it is in your spam/junk folder.
