Why am I seeing a "loading" image or a black Screen / Why do I see "Error" in my screen?

This shouldn't be happening. Please follow the steps below:

1. Check out that your device is compatible with ViX:
   • Mobile: iOS, Android
   • Tablet: iPad, Android
   • Web: Chrome OS, macOS, Windows PC
   • Smart TV: Android TV, Fire TV, Roku, Samsung TV, LG TV, Apple TV, VIDAA Smart TV y Vizio Smart TV.
     *We regret to inform you that the Tizen operating system is not 100% compatible with our application.
      
2. Check that your internet connection is stable
3. Make sure you have the most up-to-date version of the app
4. If the above doesn't work, reinstall the app and try playing
