The UE002 error happens when there's an issue with the internet connection and the device you're using to access ViX. To resolve this, please follow these steps:
Click the "Try Again" button. By clicking this button, the ViX app will attempt to reconnect and fix the issue. You can try this up to two times.
If the problem persists after two attempts, we suggest uninstalling and reinstalling the ViX app.
