If you see error UE 002 click the"Try Again" button. When you click the "Try Again" button, the ViX application will try to connect again and fix the problem. You can try this up to two times.
If after two attempts you are unable to fix the problem, we recommend that you try to uninstall and reinstall the ViX application.
Uninstalling and reinstalling the ViX app on iOS
Uninstall the ViX app:
- Press and hold the ViX app icon on your home screen until the app icons start shaking.
- Tap the "x" icon in the upper left corner of the app icon.
- When prompted to confirm the deletion, tap "Delete".
- Wait for the app to be removed from your device.
Reinstall the ViX app:
- On your iOS device, find the app from the App Store and open it.
- Tap the "Search" tab at the bottom of the screen and type "ViX" in the search bar.
- Tap the ViX app when it appears in the results.
- Tap the "Get" button next to the app to begin the installation process.
- If prompted, enter your Apple ID and password to confirm the download.
- Wait for the app to download and install on your device.
- Once the installation is complete, open the ViX app and follow any prompts to set up your account and customize your settings.
