- Go to the nearest OXXO store.
- Tell the cashier that you want to make an OXXO Pay payment.
- Give the cashier the reference number or show the barcode so he/she can register it directly in the system.
- Make the corresponding payment with cash or a payment method accepted by the store.
- When you confirm your payment, the cashier will give you a printed receipt so that you can verify that your payment has been made correctly. Keep this proof of payment.
Remember that you will be charged a fee in addition to the cost of the subscription for OXXO Pay service.
