If you are having trouble activating your ViX account, make sure that:
- You have downloaded the latest version of the ViX application; if you downloaded the application previously, make sure it is up to date.
- You are logged in using the same account where your Pantaya subscription was billed. For example, if you subscribed to Pantaya through Google Play, you must log in on an Android device using the same Google Play Store account in order to activate your account.
Pleasenote: you cannot use an email address already associated with a ViX subscription.
After opening the ViX app, you will be prompted to activate your account using your email and password.

I am unable to activate my ViX account using my Pantaya credentials
If you are experiencing issues activating your ViX+ account, make sure:
- You have downloaded the latest version of the ViX app; if you previously downloaded the ViX app, ensure it is up to date.
- You are logged in from the same device your Pantaya subscription was billed on.
Keep in mind: you cannot use an email address currently associated with a ViX subscription.
After launching the ViX app, you will be prompted to activate your account using your email address and password.

The proper way to define a Content Block is to wrap every tag with a
