If you made your purchase at HP and you need to redeem your promotion code, please follow the steps below:

1. Click here and follow the instructions
2. Enter your purchase information to obtain the access code.
3. The access code will appear in a pop-up after entering your information. This information will also be sent to the email address you entered when registering your purchase.
4. To activate the promotion with your access code, go to the ViX streaming platform link.
5. Within the streaming platform, create a username and password and activate your promotion at no cost, using the access code obtained during registration*.

*ViX Premium requires a credit card registration to activate the account. It is not charged during the four months of promotion and can be deactivated at any time within the platform.
